Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in land development design for a variety of projects, including new constructions, redevelopment initiatives, retail and mixed-use center enhancements, municipal facilities, parks, and residential developments.
- Conduct and verify calculations related to stormwater management, potable water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
- Design land development infrastructure, including roadways, water supply, sewer systems, and drainage solutions; prepare detailed specifications and drawings.
- Manage the preparation and submission of permits through relevant agencies until project completion; deliver comprehensive technical documentation.
