Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at Monro, Inc. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by performing repairs and maintenance on their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive technical school certificate or degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• ASE automotive certification in at least one area (A1-A8) and/or Automotive Technician State Inspector License (where applicable).
