Beverage Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our dynamic team at Ambar - Shaw.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take their bartending skills to the next level. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted drinks and unparalleled customer service.

1. Craft beverages to order, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
2. Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Develop menu knowledge, offering recommendations and explaining our offerings to guests.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
5. Monitor and restock inventory as needed, maintaining efficient operations.
6. Process transactions accurately, providing excellent service during peak hours.

• Mixology skills, proficiency in crafting a variety of drinks.

• Licenses/Certifications: state-required alcohol service certification and health compliance cards if applicable.

• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Hands-on requirements, reaching, lifting, bending, stooping, and wiping continuously.
• Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Awareness of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts.
• Maintenance of personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing.
• Age requirement: must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
