Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders.
  • Manage age-related eye conditions and associated visual system diseases.
  • Document patient evaluations and clinical findings in our state-of-the-art EMR system.
  • Travel daily to various skilled nursing facilities to deliver care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Doctorate in Optometry (O.D.), valid state license, and TPA certification are required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in using digital tools and healthcare software.
