Job Summary

Lowe's Companies is seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection & Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees while minimizing loss and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns to identify potential security risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Champion initiatives to improve safety, shrink, and security outcomes, and establish processes and controls to support these efforts.
  • Coach and train associates on safety and security procedures, and provide guidance on how to respond to emergency situations.
  • Oversee inventory levels to help prevent shrink and shortages, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Respond to violent altercations to ensure the safety of customers and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or asset protection environment, with a focus on safety and security.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing shrink and improving safety outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
