Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Woodland Terrace by New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, monitor, and deliver nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Oversee nursing care and procedures, collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Act as a resource for the Director of Wellness and RN, providing guidance on state and federal regulations, quality care standards, and accepted practices.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks lists, prioritizing resident care and well-being.
  • Assist in monitoring and training caregivers for clinical issues, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Coach team members to ensure performance expectations and clinical measures are met, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct retention activities to maintain engaged team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members, demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy.
  • Champion hospitality and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring residents feel valued and cared for.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, including Town Hall and departmental meetings, to stay informed and contribute to decision-making.
Requirements
  • A current and unencumbered LPN license.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to interact with electronic devices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
