Job Description

Confd. Job is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team in Romulus, MI.

The estimated annual compensation for this position is $105,000 - $120,000.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of all financial activities and personnel.
  • Implement and maintain effective budgetary controls to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.
  • C arry out internal audits to assess the company's financial standing.
  • E nsure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting management or a related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
