IT Director

Franklin Fitch is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our IT infrastructure and support team.

This is a role with a growing company that values innovation and teamwork, and prides itself on delivering secure and stable IT infrastructure across multiple sites in the US and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT infrastructure and support team, focusing on network and cybersecurity.
• Oversee daily security operations, develop and enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain our server and network services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance our overall security posture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, LAN/WAN performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, and networking technologies (Cisco/Aruba preferred).
