Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance system performance and resource efficiency
  • Conduct system capacity assessments and strategic planning

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems support
  • CompTIA certification
  • Proficient in the configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Hands-on experience with server management
  • Strong technical writing and communication abilities

  • Experience with Windows Operating System
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Atlassian tools
  • Basic understanding of network administration
