About the Position:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team. This full-time position will cover 2-3 school sites and involve working with a K-12 program, focusing on students with support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals and requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with extensive support needs, in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication development.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and regularly report findings to parents and school staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational programs.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure in Washington.
  • Previous experience working with students with extensive support needs in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
