Spring Manufacturing Technician Position in Colorado Springs

We are currently hiring for a Spring Technician position in our state-of-the-art facility in north Colorado Springs. This entry-level assembly role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality springs.
Salary InformationThe estimated hourly wage for this position is $16.00 per hour, based on national averages for similar roles in the manufacturing industry. Please note that pay rates may vary depending on individual circumstances and factors such as education, experience, and location.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting springs using microscopic techniques. You will work closely with our experienced team members to ensure the highest quality standards are met, and contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key responsibilities include:
- welding together delicate springs under a microscope
- performing fine and detailed assembly tasks
- conducting microscopic inspections of parts
- reading and following work orders
- using a microscope for approximately 90% of your working time
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of microscopic assembly and inspection techniques. Previous experience in a similar role is desired, but not required – we offer comprehensive training to our new hires. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.
Other essential skills include:
- attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
