Job Title: Part-Time Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Associate Manager to join our team at Storage Rentals of America. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining a clean and secure storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily operations, including cleaning and maintaining the facility, handling customer transactions, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting our services and products to customers, and following up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or property management, preferably in the self-storage industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
