Job Overview

Specialty Team, a leading provider of real estate transaction inspections and personal roofing needs, is seeking an experienced Roofing Specialist to join our team. Based in Pleasanton, we offer quality workmanship at a fair price and outstanding personal service.

Compensation Package

We provide a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits after 90 days of employment. Additionally, you will receive paid time off and holidays after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install various types of tile, including composite, concrete, and clay.
  • Carpentry related to roofing, ensuring a secure and watertight seal.
  • Detect and troubleshoot water leaks, providing solutions to prevent further damage.
  • Work in extreme environments, including hot sun, cold temperatures, and steep pitches.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops for extended periods.
