Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
