Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to develop and implement care plans
- Develop and implement best practices for patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff members
- Document patient histories and interventions
- Participate in incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from an approved nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN or in a related role
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $44-$66
