Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of our facility.

Estimated Salary:$73,000 - $93,000 per year

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide exceptional nursing care. You will also supervise and direct the work of LVNs/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other clinical/clerical associates as assigned.

Our hospital features advanced technology, including the da Vinci Surgical Robot System and the MakoTM Robotic-Arm Assisted System. You will have the opportunity to work with older adolescent, young adult, adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients in various settings, including acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients
  • Supervise and direct the work of LVNs/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other clinical/clerical associates
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
