Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery that performs various functions, including rewinding, slitting, and packaging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE regulations.
- Ensure machinery operates at peak performance levels.
- Produce and package products in accordance with established specifications.
- Identify and address production issues, such as material shortages and quality concerns.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Perform machine setups and changeovers as required.
- Make necessary machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
About You

- Previous experience in machine operation is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and fitness testing.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
