Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Invoice Management: Process and verify invoices using various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Queue Management: Maintain the GHX queue, resolving discrepancies with materials management and ensuring smooth check runs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to new team members on the GHX OnDemand System, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Account Resolution: Investigate and resolve past due accounts, communicate with vendors, and manage open credits within 12 months.
