Job Overview

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Plainfield, IL. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert evaluation and treatment for children to help them achieve independent and functional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct speech/language therapy services to infants, children, and adolescents with speech, language, feeding, cognition, and oral motor performance
  • Screen, evaluate, plan, and provide habilitative/rehabilitative treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Utilize evidenced-based practice to deliver high-quality clinical care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology from ASHA
  • Current licensure in IL or license eligible
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric speech language therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, documentation, and communication skills
