Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts and programs for the Sales and Marketing Department, providing marketing support to senior level management, and working closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This includes managing and maintaining the company's digital asset manager, preparing consulting agreements and service agreements, and managing and maintaining the Marketing One Drive Page. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for project management of key programs, including scheduling and coordination of sales center and design joy studio signage, verification of assets in place, and ongoing updates to Sharepointe and SmartSheet. Furthermore, they will manage the Division YouTube page, assist in optimization, titles, order of videos, and remove outdated assets as needed. Quarterly audits of existing videos will also be coordinated with partners to make the appropriate updates.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. You will also need to be proficient in PC technology and MS Office applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading skills, are essential for this role. A minimum of three years' experience working with senior level management is preferred, along with initiative, ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment. Demonstrated proficiency in PC technology and MS Office applications, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also required.
