Position Overview

We are looking for a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing services on designated floors. The Nursing Manager will oversee the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs), ensure a safe environment, and provide direct nursing care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Perform thorough assessments of residents' health needs.
  • Design and execute care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Guarantee precise transcription of medical orders and medication distribution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
  • Supervise nursing staff and facilitate staff orientation.
  • Identify emergencies and respond appropriately.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study: Nursing
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year
Relevant Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting
Licensure: LPN/LVN or RN license required
