Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians
  • Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs
  • Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
  • Review assessments and plans of care daily and consult with clinicians as needed
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
