Salary:
$80,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an attorney with 2 years of related experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, focus on collaboration, and hunger to grow. The right fit will have outstanding research and writing skills, be comfortable using today's legal software, and able to handle a heavy caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience
  • Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar
  • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
  • Be able to appropriately communicate with clients
  • Appear in court on behalf of clients
  • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
  • Experience in the personal injury field is a plus
  • Familiarity with Litify is a plus
  • Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina
  • Trial experience a plus
