Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of electrical construction management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to effectively utilize tools to manage projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Professional certifications desirable, but not required.
