Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at Capitol Home Health in Central Texas.

About the Role

The Senior Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing top-notch physical therapy services in a home care environment. You will work closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in community or home health settings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • CPR certification and access to reliable transportation
