The Role

This position is crucial in developing the portal that traders and investors use to trade assets on our Alternative Trading System (ATS) and manage the back office for those tokens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy front-end and back-end code, ensuring seamless integration and maintenance in a production environment.
  • Develop the necessary glue code to operate with other systems, facilitating trade settlement.
  • Collaborate with product, research, and legal teams to create an exchange that meets regulatory requirements while maintaining speed and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of general development experience, with a strong emphasis on quality and density of work.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of the full stack, with expertise in multiple programming languages.
  • Bonus points for open-source contributions, system engineering, high-performance computing experience, kernel, or firmware development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for product development and innovation.
