Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at SEEK Careers/Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts and sub-assemblies according to specifications and diagrams.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts using assembly instructions, diagram specifications, and parts lists
- Position parts and sub-assemblies by reading diagrams
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit
- Mechanical and crate assembly

Requirements:
- Ability to retain information with regard to standard assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Read an inch tape measure
- Experience with hand tools
