About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program and Operations Manager to join our team at Georgia Tech. This role will provide administrative support to assigned programs within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop promotional materials to support program outreach efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events.
  • Coordinate administrative activities associated with program operations, including procurement, records maintenance, compliance, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Develop, analyze, reconcile, and report financial data related to program operations.
  • Develop and maintain performance assessment tools to measure and report progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external entities to aid institutional or program support.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four to six years of job-related experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in business administration, higher education administration, student affairs, leadership development, or a related field.
