Immigration Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team in either our Buffalo or Rochester office. Our firm prides itself on promoting a team-oriented culture, which enables us to deliver exceptional service to our clients through genuine relationships.

• Manage a wide range of cases related to employment-based immigration law
• Provide exceptional service to clients

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, including labor certifications, nonimmigrant petitions, EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waivers
• Experience in various categories, including L-1A, L-1B, TN, E-3, and more

• A competitive salary, ranging between $130,000 and $180,000 annually

• An annual standard of 1800 billable hours with 50 hours of pro bono service (treated as billable)
