Your RoleWe are seeking a Senior AI Video Researcher to become an integral part of our core AI team.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic startup environments, possesses the ability to prioritize effectively, and is willing to embrace calculated risks.
We are not just looking for team members; we seek individuals who are ready to forge new paths.
Your Responsibilities- Lead research initiatives focused on generative video models (e.g., Neural Avatar, Talking-Head, Lip-sync, and other foundational computer vision topics).
- Collaborate with the Applied ML team to transition research findings into production.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field and contribute to pioneering advancements.
- Experience in academia or industry related to facial animation or talking-head technologies.
- Proficiency in video-related technologies, specifically NeRF, super-resolution, and video diffusion.
- Proven ability to design research projects that align with industry objectives and timelines.
- Previous publications in relevant research areas.
Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include:
- PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in leading research teams.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development.
