Pure Dakota Health is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary in Fargo, North Dakota. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cannabis Patient Intake Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Cannabis Patient Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying their information, and facilitating the check-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients upon arrival and guide them through the intake process.
  • Verify patient identification and relevant documents to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles.
  • Communicate effectively with dispensing agents to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Manage phone calls and operate computer systems efficiently.
  • R retrieve and maintain patient files.
  • Facilitate new patient and renewal processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high stress situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of office experience preferred.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
