Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Hub Management:

    2. Coordinate events, classes, and meetings, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

    3. Ensure the Creative Hub is always well-stocked with supplies, and that all inventory levels are properly managed.

  • New Artist Salon Management:

    ">
    1. ">
    2. Lead the New Artist Salon team, promoting exceptional guest service and fostering a positive work environment.

      ">
    3. Develop and implement strategies to improve salon performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

      ">
    4. Maintain accurate records, including employee evaluations, attendance, and productivity metrics.

  • Guest Service:

    ">

    2. Provide top-notch support to guests, addressing concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

    3. Collaborate with the Guest Service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

  • Brand Representation:

    2. Represent Juut Midwest, Inc. in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Budgeting and Financial Management:

    ">

    2. Manage the Creative Hub and New Artist Salon budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

  • Education and Training:

    2. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with company objectives.

    3. Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to share best practices and expertise.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience managing retail employees, preferably in a salon or cosmetics setting.

    ">
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.

    ">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    ">
  • Proficiency in SpaBiz or similar scheduling/point of sale/inventory system.

    ">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

    ">
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; industry-related certificate or 2-year secondary school degree preferred.

    ">
  • Availability to work set schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.

    ">

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
