Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team at Carvana. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, as well as buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrushing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
  • Buff, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrushing
  • Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
  • Use safety equipment, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

Requirements:

  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
