Maintaining the high standards of patient care and medical expertise, we are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology physician to join our team at Mount Sinai Services of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai--Elmhurst and Queens Programs. This full-time Regional Radiation Oncologist will work collaboratively with existing clinical staff to provide top-notch care for patients.
About the Department:
Our department is committed to delivering cutting-edge radiation oncology services using state-of-the-art technology, including LINAC, CT simulator, and EMRs. Our teams at Elmhurst and Queens Hospitals work together to provide seamless care for patients across both locations.
Responsibilities:
- Inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Treatment prescribing and planning
- Chart rounds and on-treatment visits
- Follow-ups and tumor boards
- On-call responsibilities
Requirements:
- ABR board certification or eligibility
- New York State license, DEA, and Medicaid number
- Strong clinical abilities and experience with advanced radiation modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
