Job Summary:

Johnston-Willis Hospital, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare, is seeking a skilled OR Surgical Technologist Certified to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist Certified, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification
  • Virginia License as a Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Graduate of Surgical Technology Program or previous experience
  • High School Graduate / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience as a surgical technologist
