Primary Care Opportunity with Competitive Compensation
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in San Jose, CA. As an hourly clinician, you will provide high-quality care to patients with a diverse range of needs.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at One Medical, where we prioritize patient-centered care and innovative approaches to healthcare delivery. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, seeing patients in-office or conducting tele-health visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for Patients: Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, utilizing your clinical training and expertise to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry developments and best practices by utilizing our EHR system and other resources.
Requirements:
- Clinical Expertise: Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with a scheduled exam date.
- Licensure: State licensed in California, obtained before your start date.
