Department Highlights

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Solutions by Sanford team. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a travel capacity. Applicants must reside a minimum of 60 miles from the facility.

Compensation: Weekly pay, including stipend within the pay rate. Eligible for comprehensive Sanford benefits. Contracts are typically for 13 weeks, with opportunities for extension or reassignment to other Sanford locations.

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver tailored nursing care to patients. Collaboration with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, is essential for effective care planning and evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
  • Providing patient education and triage
  • Implementing various nursing interventions
  • Coordinating care across the continuum

The RN will operate within the scope of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Multistate licensure is required for candidates from Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) states. Ongoing maintenance of department-specific competencies and certifications is expected.
