Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Vendor Intern to join our team. As a Brand Vendor Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the digital media staff in developing and implementing outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and contact brand owners, fashion designers, and retail stores/boutiques via in-person and online channels.
  • Conduct interviews with brand owners, fashion designers, and retail stores/boutiques to gather information and insights.
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns to promote FashionFest Inc. and its brand partners.
  • Create and distribute engaging content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
  • Support the marketing team at live and online events.
  • Perform social media marketing research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in developing influencer campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content to showcase FashionFest Inc.'s brand partners.
  • Create compelling graphics to share across social channels.
  • Write social media captions that speak to the company's target audience.
  • Help create and edit short-form videos to showcase brand partners.
  • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement and driving revenue growth.
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots to capture high-quality visuals for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in social media or brand marketing is highly recommended, as well as a strong understanding of the urban-pop fashion and streetwear apparel industry.
