About the Role

The Dishwasher at Kona Grill is a vital member of our kitchen team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurant. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitize and maintain all dishware, plate ware, glassware, and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Set up and operate the dish machine according to company procedures.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize throughout the shift, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities.
