Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Birth Nurse to join our team at Mercy Women & Children's. As a Labor and Birth Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to women ranging from low-risk to high-risk deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients in Labor and Birth units
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and provide interventions as needed
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas
  • 1 year of Labor and Birth experience
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate training and STABLE certification
