Job Summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Outfitter to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality
• Fulfill customer orders by selecting and packing merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
• Sort and organize merchandise for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and packaged
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
