Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers.

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers
• Handle food and beverages according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations
• Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
• Perform other duties as assigned

Previous barista, cash handling, customer service, and food service experience is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive pay range of $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
