The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a retail store setting. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customer needs and providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently executing our selling model in a fun and team-oriented environment
  • Meeting sales goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
  • Building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, product recommendations, and sales conversion
  • Supporting product replenishment activities to maintain a full and abundant store
  • Assisting with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
  • Abiding by our values, policies, procedures, and safety messages
