Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

The George Washington University Hospital is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images of human anatomy and vascular structures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients correctly and safely for CT scans
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology
  • Minimum one year experience as a registered Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
  • Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)(CT) license
