About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of healthcare management experience and be a licensed RN in good standing in the state of employment or compact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the nursing service line and staff to ensure quality and compliance with policies and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- Minimum 5-10 years of healthcare management experience
- RN license in good standing in state of employment or compact
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
