Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships to create lifelong clientele.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales expertise to establish yourself as a vehicle authority, familiarizing yourself with product offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles with high standards.
  • Engage in follow-up communications with buyers to foster successful referral business.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in various sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, evaluations, and insights.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A self-motivated mindset and an ambitious spirit are preferred.
  • Eager to learn the intricacies of new products and continuously improve.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both customers and team members.

  • Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
