Job Title: Pet Groomer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team at Big Bend Animal Hospital in Riverview, FL. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing top-quality grooming services to our furry clients.

Big Bend Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive animal practice that offers a wide range of services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients. We are located in Riverview, just south of Tampa, close to Brandon mall, and offer an easy commute to both the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean the dog's teeth
  • Maintain an upbeat attitude
  • Calm an anxious dog
  • Ensure company policies are being followed
  • Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
  • Shampoo and wash a dog's hair or fur
  • Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners
  • Cut or shave a dog's hair or fur
