Engaging with case managers through email to address reimbursement requests is a key responsibility.

Reviewing master files to identify previously addressed cases and verifying relevant case numbers and checks is essential.

Direct communication with customers to establish accounts for reimbursement is required.

We seek candidates with strong customer service abilities, proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and a capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Agents will operate on a hybrid schedule, working in the Northfield office on select days and remotely on others.

This is a contract role with the possibility of extension.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Hybrid work arrangement

In-office presence required Tuesday to Thursday

Remote work on Monday and Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Two shifts available for both roles:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of one year in customer service and order processing.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including simple V-lookups for matching catalog items to company SKUs.

Proficient computer and typing skills.

Experience with Outlook for email communication.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in high-volume customer service environments.

Essential Soft Skills:

Empathy and understanding.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
