You will work alongside Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care that includes disease prevention, wellness, and health management.
Key Responsibilities1. **Deliver Comprehensive Nursing Care**: Provide complex nursing services to patients using evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering care via telemedicine and in-person visits.
- Performing invasive procedures and managing medication administration.
- Tracking patient progress and ensuring continuity of care.
2. **Collaborate with Healthcare Teams**: Actively engage with clinic teams and other departments to enhance patient outcomes. This includes:
- Participating in team meetings and care coordination efforts.
- Advocating for patients and facilitating communication among healthcare providers.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
3. **Identify and Address Clinical Challenges**: Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance patient care delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and training team members to improve clinical competencies.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
- Responding effectively to emergencies and ensuring patient safety.
4. **Additional Duties**: You may be assigned various responsibilities based on operational needs, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be a United States Citizen.
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse License.
- Possess an accredited degree in Nursing (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's).
