Job Overview

Results Radio is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Sales Representative Trainee.

The primary expectation for success in this role is the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to our listeners, clients, staff, and visitors.

This position serves as a preparatory role designed to equip the individual for a future position within the Cluster Sales Department within a year. As part of the training, responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Market Manager with daily operations, including order processing in our inventory system and utilizing our CRM effectively.
  • Engaging in various administrative tasks such as answering calls, processing deposits, maintaining office equipment, and managing mail distribution.

The Sales Representative Trainee will be expected to cultivate an interest in advancing to a full-time Account Manager role. This position will focus on:

  • Learning how to engage new clients and develop effective schedules.
  • Understanding marketing principles and crafting proposals.
  • Acquiring sales techniques and strategies to enhance revenue for both clients and Results Radio.
